The foundation of the group was laid in 1970 by the late Mr. Raghavji H. Makwana, a seasoned technocrat. The group was established as the Shivshakti Group of Companies, with its flagship enterprise named Shivshakti Engineering Company.

Since its inception, the company has grown from a small-scale fabrication unit into a fully integrated business, providing end-to-end solutions for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
